  PRODUCT CONSTRAINT: Availability of HP staples p/n C8092A is currently constrained. HP indicates ETAs could stretch to 4-6 weeks. This affects all HP 4345xs and M4345xs MFPs. It also affects HP 9040, M9040, 9050, and M9050 MFPs with multifunction finishers. 9040/9050 models equipped with 3000 sheet stapler/stackers, instead of multifunction finishers, use different staples so are not affected.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TRANSPARENCIES

Two brands of laser transparencies have been tested and approved for CBE print devices:

  • Arkwright part number 694-00-BA is approved for use with all HP printers and HP MFPs. These are NOT approved for use with Ricoh MFP's.
  • Ricoh/Folex part number 2850010 is approved for use with all HP and Ricoh devices.

We strongly advise against using any other transparencies with your HP or Ricoh laser print devices. Non-approved transparencies may have a different heat tolerance, and could melt inside the printer, causing damage, and requiring expensive repairs which will not be covered under your warranty or service contract.
